x is said to be better for low end where as the h is better for high end and adds the chop "mustang type" sound. You can't go wrong with either, but I would get the x.

Basically, if you want more chop, get the h... if not go for the x

hmm I have an X in my mustang....it's a toss...i do have a banks intake and tune which definitely gets rid of most of the lag
