I'd STRONGLY discourage 11,000 lbs. The manual has stated a maximum weight and that should be pretty much it for the capacity.
Look at it from this standpoint...just because you can do it doesn't mean you should. If, god forbid, something happened and someone lost life/limb while you are towing that much you would be personally liable.
In a nutshell...DON'T DO IT.
