That is entirely up to your dealer and how they view it. There is no reason in the world to think the Edge caused a problem, especially if it is the injectors, but some dealers will use it as an excuse to void the warranty. You should always set it back to stock before they touch it anyway.

Dealerships will use anything and everything against you. Surprised they haven't said anything yet about it.

ok so they said the bad news is that they had to change the injectors, that one was messing up slightly in the #4 cylinder which was causing the ruff idle. and they said everything else was ok but i asked them to change out all injectors to be safe they kind of gave me a hassle but i have a friend that works in sales and he helped me out. but they changed the fuel filter and plugs and oil at my request for free so i got a good deal oout of the whole thing.. but all in all i am happy to have it back took them 3 das to find this stuff out. but i have my baby back and i am in a good mood...

If the dealer replaced all eight injectors, dollars to donuts Ford ain't paying that claim and it's gonna get charged back to the dealership.

Glad you got your truck fixed...I guess.
