Window wouldn't roll up all the way...
 

We just picked up an 03 Expedition and the window would roll up and down when we tested everything but yesterday I rolled the window all the way down and it stopped @ 90% and had a crackling noice. So I took the door panel off and sure enough the window cable was mangled... I tried to cut off the end that was mangled, tie a small knot and put it back together but it had the same sound and was still doing the same thing but now at 80%.

Guess my question is, what do you think the dealer will charge me to fix it or would a "body" shop be a better choise??

Sorry for posting Expy stuff here, but the 04-08 F150 have alot of similarities.
