High Speed Noise

I have had my truck for almost a year now and the last bug I need to work out is this. When on the highway at speeds above 65 mph or so, the passenger side wiper blade seems to just flap against the windshield and the hood looks to be bouncing around also. I have replaced the blades with some expensive blades that are supposed to be aerodynamic and hug the windshield. I tried to tighten the hood bolts and they seem to be as tight as they can get. The flapping noise is very annoying and embarrasing when someone is riding with me.
Anyone else experience this, and more importantly, get it resolved? I have an 2008 FX4. It did this before I leveled it and after. With the stock wiper blades and 60 dollar aftermarket blades.

Mine does the same thing; wiper blades vibrate some, and hood vibrates enough that several riders have asked me if it was latched...been this way since I bought it in 04 LOL but I love my truck!
