make sure your insurance knows about the hood, im sure it wasnt cheap. I know i'd want it under my coverage before something happens to the truck.

The hood looks absolutely killer!

I think you should do HD chin instead of the FX2 chin

Thanks, I found one on ebay and got the part number. I work in a body shop so I'm gonna see what our cost would be. Probably through the roof, but I'm gonna check on it anyway. How did they ship it, I mean we recive damaged parts all the time and I know these aluminum hoods dont take much to mess up, especially when shipping it across the country.

No they shipped it very well came in a wooden box, very secure no damage whatsoever and came primed ready to paint and it only weighs 20lbs so it was like 30 bucks to ship

Thanks for all the info. I will see if I can get a price tomorrow at work, then go from there. I'm going to start gathering parts for my much needed facelift. I really wanted an fx2 but as a first time buyer and all the rebates on the XLT, I couldnt pass the deal up. I told the salesman I would just change it all out on anything I bought anyway so it didnt matter. lol
