Short answer, yes. Any cluster from 04-08 150's will work, but the lariat - H.D. - king ranch reqiure more work to get the info center working and they are set up to work with EATC so they don't jive very well with manual A/C trucks. Swapping in an XLT or FX4 cluster is pretty much a bolt in, you just need your mileage and as built data programmed into the new cluster.

05 red is mostly right as far as I know, I heard that 07-08's will not work on 04-06, but I am not 100% sure. also it is near impossible to change the mileage on the cluster, and if you can find someone to do it its very expensive, better to find one with slightly higher mileage and swap when they match

I've been wanting to do this as well, but I've seen in some of the other thread talk of the A/C not working right.

With an fx4 or xlt you won't have a problem I swapped mine for an xlt and I am problem free, just made my dome light fade on and off instead of instant on and off

Hmm...my dome light already fades so no problem there. You didn't have any issues with the A/C?

none at all, the trucks with EATC (kr's lariats and harleys) have different stuff in the cluster so those clusters wont work very easily

TRUTH SPOKEN!

I purchased a used one about a year ago and was unsuccessful in finding someone to swap the mileage. End up having to sell it. The mileage diff was far to diff to mess with waiting for my truck to catch up with it. But other than that it was straight plug and play. Just had to make sure the Batt. was unhooked while swapping.

The tpms system started with the 2007 model year. I would think you would have to get a cluster with the warning light in it.
