You don't like the wood grain? You won't find a finish as durable as the factory stuff. All the painted interior accents I have ever seen have been fairly tempermental and prone to chipping, even with proper prep work. What did you have in mind?

You could buy a set of 09 badges. It's way under $100 and they look VERY sporty compared to the uninspiring 04-08 badges.

tint the windows real dark. It'll look good on your truck.

I know you are looking to do stuff to the interior but, i had this idea about a red pin stripe that goes down the truck. this will accent the red in your rims. you can take it a step further and get the red inlays in the side badges (very inexpensive, try patriotdecals.com). then you can take it to the extreme and get you brakes painted red ($60 for the paint then you can do it in your garage, very easy I did it on my mustang).
