Hey all, hope everyone is doing well. I am trying to unhook the stock brake light from the cab, but cannot see the plug, nor fit my hand into the hole where it resides. How can I get to this connection?

Found the white clip that releases the cable. Thanks anyway guys!

 

the plug is behind the headliner inside the truck, at least it was on my 04

 

If that doesn't work, you could always just pull the bulb.

Can we assume this was for installing a topper or 3rd brake light swap?
