Powder Coat Opinions ???

im debating wether to powder coat the Mazzi's flat/satin black.
chromes too flashy for me and too much work too clean
i bought them used for $400 a few months ago , they are pitting pretty good, so its not like im ruining a new $1200 set of wheels

ideally , i would like it to match my grill / badges

Can any one do a quick photoshop ?

I like the chrome. It looks good on your truck, matches the heads and fogs.

I like the chrome on your truck, but I understand the pitting and having to clean chrome wheels. IMO The Black would look great. I've been debating whether to do the same to mine or not.

So are you considering keeping the mazzi's for the 38's instead of trading out?

I normally don't like flat black anything on a gloss black truck but because you already have a decent amount of flat black I think it would look pretty good. I agree that the chrome works well with your truck but if that's not you then by all means, change that **** out!

When we were talking wheels the other day, that is what I was thinking of doing if you were to sell the Hulks to me, powdercoat them flat black. On your truck, I would think the gloss black would look good, or maybe that black chrome idea. In any event, good luck and lets see them when you are finished!

Stay chrome. I am not a fan of the blacked out look. But to each his own. The final desicion is yours. Go with what you like.

if i do go with 38's , i would go with a 13.5 so i would be able to use my 7005's aswell as the mazzis

The chrome wheels fit perfect with your truck, I think any black wheels would hinder the overall look of the truck. But if you do decide to powdercoat I would go gloss black.
