That is definitely a falsehood.

I did have to reverse the ball on my hitch to tow my trailer.

I slow down for RR tracks as there are quite often pot holes, but speed bumps are hardly noticed.

Yep. My D in L grew up there and family is there or my son would be gone. He's had enough of the hurricanes. They spend a lot of time in Houston which is worse. They do spend a lot of time traveling, so that helps. His firm has offices else where. I enjoy visiting and getting some of the cajun food, but always glad when it's time to leave.

speed bumps arent a problem when i was 3/5 plus a shorter then stock tire. Im going 4/6 on my red truck with a shorter tire, so speed bumps might be a problem soon

That's too low Patrick! You will have to get on your knees to crawl in! Really, I do think that the hieght of your silver truck was perfect.

tell them to grow some...lol

here is my truck overloaded with 23 bags of concrete

and here it is towiing my 7klb boat

and here it is loaded up with some sheet rock

So it is possible to haul a load and tow with a lowered truck. My bed looks like hammered dog poop because my truck gets used as a truck all the time. caint wait till I can retire her and make her a show and go truck.

Hey Bluejay, since we're talking about your truck, where did you buy your Roush rims? I have contemplated picking up a set for my truck and running 20's instead of the 22's I now have......

Found them on the local craigslist, cheap. Came with nearly new tires. They were on an 07 a guy bought and he didn't like them, wanted wider and taller. Stealth and I were both looking at them at the same time and he decided he didn't want them, and I did. They have a great finish on them, very heavy chrome.

There has been a set in our classifieds from time to time.

pat did you ever stop growing as a kid?

or were you ironically small? ive seen pictures of how tall you are and its pretty crazy

ive been finding killer deals on rims for f150's, but they are all six lug. i saw roush wheels and thought of how they'd look on my truck, but unless theres a 5 to 6 lug adapter or i have a custom job done, thats only a dream
