Spare tire with factory 20's?
 

Hey All.

I have an 04 with the stock 18's. Well I had.. I just got a set of factory 20's with taller tires. I think they are 34" tall now.

What size spare comes with the truck if it came with 20's from the factory?

Yeah its pretty crazy, but its just a spare.

275/65/18 is what my spare tire is, and it's a 32" tire. the 20's come with 275/55/20 which is also a 32" tire.

Like 05redfx4 says it's a 32" Tire on a steel 18" rim. It will work, but it will really stand out. I've been thinking about buying a set of four used 20s and selling the other three so I would have a matching spare, but it gets costly with all that tire shipping. Maybe when I need new tires I can buy a rim, and then sell my spare.

Is that the same spare tire that comes with the FX4 18s?

Yes it is. My spare is a goodyear wrangler AT/S, the same tire that is the optional 18" 4x4 tire. My old 05 had the 18" wheels with the goodyear tires and the same spare as my 07 does.

I read somewhere that the 20's come with the goodyear tire as a spare, I think it was in the brochure where I saw it.
