Exclamation Help with codes....

My truck recently started to "knock" when i come to a stop only when it was hot, meaning i probably drove it for around 10 miles or so before it would do it. Then all i had to do was put it in neutral and give it gas and it would quit. i replaced the IAC around a year ago. i took it to auto zone today and got the codes: p0022, and p0305, could the two be directly related? i have recently changed the oil, royal purple 5w20, motorcraft oil filter, and have 90k miles on the truck. i have the code definitions, i'm just looking for a little help with how to approach the issue beginning with the simple stuff first, as i am no mechanic by any stretch of the imagination dont mind trying a few things just nothing too major. thanks guys
