Traded my 06 F-150 for an 07 Expedition

Well I did it, after the third transmission failure in 6 months I traded out for an 07 Expedition Limited. I just got my truck out of the shop yesterday and went straight over to the Ford dealer that had what I wanted and made the deal. Turns out this Expy was Ford Executive vehicle and was loaded up with all the accessories you could throw at it as well. Bug shield, vent shades, and best of all 22" chrome Ford wheels

Anyway just wanted to shout out about my new ride, below is a link to the pics from the dealer website.

What the hell did you do to your truck to have three transmission failures over the course of six months?

Nothing I only drove it 3000 miles over those 6 months. Dealer and service tech says the "rebuilt" trannys must have been done on Friday or Monday. On Ford's defense the third time was a $6.00 bearing that went out but to get to it you had to disassemble the whole tranny except for the clutch packs so its was considered a full rebuild.

No, I think whoever was doing the work was doing something wrong. Not flushing or replacing the cooler, more than likely.

In any case, nice Expedition.
