Tapping during first start of the day

I have an 07' f-150 5.4 that has been tapping quite noticeably on the first start of the day for a few minutes until it warms up and then it is quiet.

I am aware the that cam phasers are a issue on these trucks but from what I read they make noise when the truck is warm and not cold.

Could it be the lash adjusters? Is this a normal noise? I understand all the oil drains down overnight but the tapping is a little excessive.

Thank you for any suggestions

Should not be a drainback problem, then.

If it makes that sound at startup it is the timing chain adjuster. 11:30 in the video.

It seemed like the timing chain adjuster in the video only made the noise for a second

would this noise continue for several minutes as a tapping noise until the engine is warm?
