rubbery squeek noise from back of cab area
Answers:
1.) If your windows are down and you hear a faint, perfect squeak when you hit bumps, grease your tailgate latches.
2.) If the windows are up and your getting the fast-paced hard rubber squeak when you hit bumps (watch your bed bounce when you hit the bumps, you'll notice with each dip and rise from both sides, you heard the squeak coincide) it is the hard rubber against the body paint on the OUTSIDE bottom of your rear window, take a paper towel and put some white lithium grease on it and wipe down the entire edge of that rubber and paint intersection.
I've got both of these squeaks and this greasing is required about every 6 months to get the sound to go away. Funny this came up when I came here... I just did the window about 2 hours ago

My rear view mirror makes a noise but adjusting it helps the problem for a few months. My sliding rear window (automatic) would make noise, so I took some allen wrenches and put them between the window and the rubber so it keeps pressure on the window at all times. Cant even see the wrenches and it makes no noise. The rear seats will make a little noise so I keep them down and I slam them down good. Took out the jack which made noise too along with the holder, although it was more for personal preference over noise.
My rear slider makes a squeak whenever its cold. In the hot summer heat it never does though. But the sound of my exhaust, the heat vents, and radio, it kills the squeak and i'm fine with it.
The squeak may be coming from the leaf spring area. Mine on occasion will squeak and I can hear it in the cab. I have confirmed it comes from the leaf sring bolts by pushing on the rear bumper and reproducing the noise outside. Ive noticed the noise goes away after a car wash or rain????
Have your local dealer replace your leaf springs. Mine were making noise a week after I bought the truck brand new. Dealer replaced them under warranty. Took 4 hours. I haven't had a squeak since.
I have the same squeek coming from the rear window and it is enough to drive you crazy! I'm going to try the silicone spray around the seal and hopefully that will take care of it. I have also had Ford replace the seal around the front windshield TWICE because of wind noise. It lasts about a year and then gets bad again. It should be going in next week to replace the seal a third time. Each time it is covered under warranty though.
