Thumbs up King 2.5 Piggybacks

Got my King 2.5 Piggyback rear shocks today, and I have had some people wanting to know about King's stuff in general. Got these put on and ran down some pretty rough ranch roads, I have to say they are smooth as butter. What was a smooth but "feelable" ride with the bilsteins is now like riding on air. I definately highly recommend King shocks & Coilovers for you guys from stock to lifted! As a compliment to the front coilovers the two work flawlessly together and I couldnt be happier with how smooth the truck is now. Also if your looking for King or Fox shocks check out DownSouth Motorsports

I'm also considering swapping out my 6" Deaver springs and going to a set of 10" Deaver springs in the rear when i get my rize traction bars, but am up in the air on that one since the install is a huge PIA. I think that would provide the ultimate in plush ride, not to mention really complete the suspension. Now the pics...

Matt, glad to hear that they make the truck feel balanced now! I like how on your kings they use a poly mount to the frame vs my hiem joint on my custom sway-aways.

Looks rad like always!!!

How much would they have been without custom valving?

I they are 750, unless you buy the coilovers at the same time then they are 729. Downsouth does the valving and shipping for free is my understanding. Buying direct from king and they would not be valved to your specs, just the OE valving king would use. Mine are valved street & trail, but they can valve for most anything.
