You just can't win.. Anyway, we are liking the 08 Limited Taurus X Crossover we got for her.

3 Row seating, Leather, AWD, Microsoft Sync, DVD for the kids.

I'm sure by the time it's paid off, my truck will need replaced.. I hope not!

Got any pics of the Taurus? My wife and I are thinking about upgrading from her Fusion to the Taurus.

Congrats. I know it feels good. Just resist any urges to buy for a while.

06 F150 - PIF
05 Piliot - PIF
87 Mustang - PIF
85 Duplex - 5-6 Years

When the duplex is done, I'll be back in debt getting a bigger house and renting this one. Having two kids in one room is not going to work forever.

Any buying that we might do will be small for the next few years. The amount that I drive my 04 is very minimal so I won't be buying a new truck for a long time, and hopefully the wifes 05 Focus will last quite a few more years as it only has 75,000 miles now. They only thing that we are planning on spending money on is for materials for finishing off more of our basement, another bed room, another bathroom, family room and a office. But there will always be those things that you don't plan on that come up.

That's great man, congrats. I think we have 2 years left but based on how we're paying off our debt we're going to start doubling up on payments around december.

Congrats on paying that baby off! I'll be paying off my 04 Lariat next month. The good thing is, I only have 14k on the odometer!
