Painted bumpers, wheels and door handles. Maybe I'm just old but I can't seem to bring myself to like any black wheels I've seen.

dude MX how do you do the photoshop were you change the color but dont ruin the properties of the wheel?

Selection tool, along with the pen tool and layers. Changing the tolerance of the magic wand while you work helps too.
