do your homework with wheel width and backspacing if you plan to run 35s. from all my research, im at the ABSOLUTE limit with 8.5 in wide rims and 5in of backspacing. with this setup, i have slight rubbing every once in a while on my fender flairs.

+35ET on 9.5 rims are close to stock. Running 33 - 35 tire's. Unsure about tire with or Profile.
305 - 55 - 20? 33"

How much did you have to cut the fenders (i noticed the flares)? Thanks to everyone that has posted, keep them comming I am getting great ideas.....

i didnt do any cutting, the fender flares fit with no modification. with my wheel and tire combination i should do a trimming on them however. probably an inch or so of plastic.

So if you would not have put the flares on you would be totally clear? Have you had your truck off road? If yes, did the tires rub? I really like your setup and just don't want to regret it if that is the way I go.

there is one part in the steering radius (on the left and right) where there is a rubbing issue in reverse and every great once in a while going forward if the steering wheel is turned just right and i hit a bump. i also found that if i take some air out of the tires it doesnt hit anymore...thats how close were talking
the rubbing sounds really bad, but i had my girlfriend drive in reverse as i checked clearance and it sounds way worse than it is. the lugs on the side of the tire just barely clip some plastic and it sounds like a loud version of playing cards in bicycle spokes. there is no chance of damage and i think minor trimming would correct it, its just too freaking cold outside to fix it.
if it running this setup scares you, i would recommend getting a narrower wheel or one with more backspacing. a half inch in either case should be plenty.
i hope this helps, and if you need a better explanation, pm me and i can give you my cell number.
