Also, when installing the roush offroad side exhaust, does this system still require messing with the leaf springs like the rear exit exhausts do? I couldn't find anything by searching

No, it does not, But, the system does go under the rear end rather than over it. If Stealth does not chime in, PM him. He has the Offroad.
