Sealing Headlights and Strobes

Well the anzo projectors leak. I have a new warrantied pair coming and am going to seal them up with silicon around the edge. However, to use the HID's, I have the wires ran through the side marker light hole (just took out the little bulb and ran them through there. How can I seal this spot up with the wires in it? If I put a blob of silicone on and in the hole that the wires are runing through, will I be able to remove them later on if I need too? Any ideas?

Also, where is the best location to mount the strobe lights in the reverse lights? On what side of the bulb does best? And will the strobe lights effect my LED reverse lights?
