i have know clue on what a good custom program is for a 4.6l v8 2005 f 150
any ideas ?

 

I assume that you mean the custom settings. What level and what octane?

do you know what your asking for?
sounds almost as if you want a custom tune? Custom tunes are done for a charge.
but then it also sounds like you want to adjust your LVL3 93 octane tunea bit? if this is what you want maybe a few members can give you some advice but be careful as everyone has their own tastes for how their truck runs!

i have a edge evolution and want a custom tune on stage 3 running 93 octane.
the main purpose is to beat my buddys 5.4l triton, so i want to custom tune to be very fast

 

First you need to establish what mods your buddy has, and compare them to what mods you have. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say if he has a programmer on his 5.4 you might not have a chance??

his 5.4 has no aftermarket parts and in 4.6 i have a cold air intake, dual exhaust, and a egde evo.
