Came across this tread and decided to try it and to my shock it actually worked!!!! I haven't taken it out and driven it but just from sitting and idling in the driveway I barely have to touch the gas and it doesn't lag!! Just thought I would let everyone know that it worked for me...Thanks

In fact... this user is nothing but a troll, looking to raise their post count by influencing garbage facts on the site. Possibly to confuse people. Who knows.

Take a gander at this thread:

Then make up your own mind.

Your nothing but a Troll, trying to influence people into buying cheap stick shift trucks and believe everyone else is a troll.

Yeah, I am not trying this one. I just bought Custom tunes and a Supercharger, if my truck isn't faster next time I drive it, throttle lag be damned, I give up!

I thought the 07+ HD's came with a Supercharger installed?

Not the AWD ones, and thats a Saleen blower, I went with a Roush instead. Up here in Canada I have yet to see a Supercharged Harley from the factory. Get to pick up the truck from the shop Monday. I'll snap a few pictures of the goods. :D

Tylus 10-23-2008 10:11 PM

huh...didn't know you could get the HD without AWD. I personally hate AWD...that's why I never considered the HD or the Limited. need to keep that in mind for later

I can't say I mind AWD. This truck gets amazing traction during winter. Tires are too expensive to be roasting off too, so its kind of a bonus that I can't do that either.
