Roush Exhaust install?

For those of you with a 07 5.4 Screw with a 5.5 ft shortbed that have installed the roush exhaust, did you have to cut part of the exhaust to make it fit? Looking to order today or tomorrow.

I have an 05 like your 07. The Roush exhaust is a bolt on catback. No cutting necessary. My stock exhaust came off in one piece. I did the install in my driveway with hand tools.

I installed the Roush SIDO exhaust, the one that exits in front of the right rear wheel, ala the Lightning. I had to heat up one hangar with a torch, and bend it to get it to fit right. It was pretty easy with my little propane torch and bench vise. No other worries. I am happy with it. Wife says it's too loud - and she's the one that's hard of hearing, LOL!

No turning back now. Just placed the order and can't wait to get it hooked up.

I've got the same setup out the side. I bought the off road version since I figured my truck would be somewhat quiet due to the 4 cats. I used to have a Bassani SISO, while it sounded pretty good, it wasn't aggressive enough for me so I ordered the ROUSH. I all can say that whether you got the dual out the rear or out the side, your going to love it. My ROUSH exhaust fit perfect right out of the box, you should have no problems the hardest part is taking off the stock exhaust and even that isn't too bad. Post some pics of your install.

Putting on my ROUSH Exhaust was a 45 minute project that was a snap! Once the stock exhaust is removed, your good! I have the "Legal System", & find the tone just right for my taste!...............

For me...the hardest part was removing the stock exhaust...couldn't get the hangers to pull out of the rubbers that held them on..ended up cutting them off. So no turning back at that point lol...the rest was easy though...just make sure you tighten the clamps real good...had one of mine that kept loosening up on me and one of the rear tailpipes would pivot up and touch the bottom of the bumper.

Do any of you have the 6.5 bed? And if so, did you have to make any modification to make it fit?
