'08 Nav/CD Player Question

I am looking into buying a 2008 F150 Lariat Limited. I have not driven it yet and am wondering about something. It has the Navigation but DOES NOT have the Audiophile 6 disc changer option. My question....

Can you use the Navigation AND play a CD at the same time?

Reason why I ask, I almost bought a Trailblazer SS and it only had one slot behind the Navi that was for the Navi DVD or the CD. COULD NOT do both at the same time.....RETARTED!

Anyone know the answer?? Thanks in advance.

I have the nav and audiophile. I have 2 slots behind the face. So I can play a CD and use the Nav.
I would think yours would be the same.

LOL, yes with the ford nav you can play any of the 6 cds while using the navigation. The navigation disc is inserted when you select it through the set up menu. You never have to eject it unless you are updating the nav disc. Otherwise, you can just insert audio cds through the single slot on the front. The Ford Navs are "DVD Based" Navigation.
