Po451 ??? Anyone know what code this is?

After my off-roading trips I'm a little worried now that my check engine light came on. I took it to autozone and their diagnostic machine gave them this code. Any ideas what I need to get this fixed? It said something about emissions. And yes I have checked my gas cap to make sure it's tightened. That's the only thing I could think of. Any help?

P0451 Evaporative Emission Control System Pressure Sensor Range/Performance

sounds like you need a new sensor or your gas tank seals are bad

X2...Is this something I could do myself or should I take it in? I still have my warranty so I'm going to "assume" it will be covered. Doesn't seem like it should be a wear and tear item.

I see that this thread is old, but I hope someone is following it still. Did any of you replace the sensor and solve the problem? I have the same code (P0451) on my 2004 Lariat 2wd. I have 140,000 on it. The dealer wants 330.00 for the part. Checked the voltages on it and they are bouncing around with large differences.
Thanks
Don
