lol...if i only had the patience to do it again...what a pita...the fogs were no problem but the headlights are a pain to get apart...well actually just getting them started...then once i got my fingers in a pulled them apart by hand...just takes some time...i also painted the little bulb reflector like the harleys but i dont know if you can see it in the pics...i was running out of light and had to run to the store so these were the best i could do tonight...

well i dont like setting it at 250 so i set it around 225-240 tops and put them in for 5 min tried to pry apart then 2 min each additional time b/c some ppl had problems with the reflector warping...also make sure its not to close to the top of the oven...i had to take my one rack out so it sat on the very bottom...i used a chisel to start prying it apart and then once i could get my hand in slowly pulled it apart like that...the fogs you can do about the same amount of time...maybe try 4min first...they came apart fairly easy

Looks great. Now I'm going to have to do the fogs on mine.

Yea, for the pain in the butt that it is to do this little mod, I know I'd have to charge more than what a good set of Hella's are for my time and trouble.

Looks great! You have a very sharp truck. I like how you two-toned the bull bar too, it matches your bumper scheme.

me too. that's a nice touch. blends in very well.
I really like the way your fogs look too. You've got plenty of extra light, so the reflectors being blacked out doesn't matter, but I have stock lighting, so I left my fogs alone when I put in black headlights, but they look so much better in black!
Anyone have a link to that site that sells fog light tint strips? I could throw those on any see how the light output is. I don't use my fogs often, but it's nice to have them if needed.

thanks for the compliments...actually the bull bar isn't color matched...its just the way it looks in the pics...as for the tint strips on the fogs you can try them if you want but i had them on there before and they looked like crap...thanks again for all the compliments and anyone who wants to do this should...the fogs aren't bad at all to do...just take your time painting them since they are so deep you have to make sure you dont get a built up of paint on the front corners when painting the inside...
