Spark plug pics....how bad are they?

Spark plug pics....how bad are they?

I had my plugs changed by the dealer....i only have 41,000 miles on it. One broke....no horror story there....they got it out and didnt cost me anything extra. I did have to pay 300 bucks for the plugs and labor though. Anyways i attached a link to the pictures of the plugs that came out. The plugs look rusty and have some nasty carbon on some of them. Just wanted to hear from you all if they look normal or if maybe something isnt right.

other than the broken one, those plugs look just fine.

there is plenty of metal left, and they are a wee bit dark brown...but overall look great for 40k. a light chocolate brown plug is what you hope to see

Do those plugs have penetrating oil on them? It doesn't look like it in the pictures.
With only 40,000 miles I wouldn't expect them to break if the dealer followed the TSB.

I pulled mine at 71,000. Used a TON of penentrating oil as well
