What color Line-X on rocker panels?

I just talked to the local Line-X shop about Line-X'ing my nerf bars...and in the conversation I asked him about Line-X'ing the front and rear bumpers and the rocker panels....the price was actually really good!! (about $300 per side....so $600 total).

He talked to me about the new color matching that Line'X can do....I currently have the white/tan lariat and thought if I am going to do this, I might mix it up and change out the tan.

I have always wanted a solid white truck...I think the look is so clean! He said they could do white, but he was a little concerned about it yellowing after 5 or so years. I am not sure I will have the truck for another 5 years so that might not be an issue. He said they have done white for some RVs,etc and havent had any complaints.

I also thought about a charcoal grey or silver. What are your thoughts?? Or maybe have them to the Line-X in tan and it would look more rugged.

Here is a quick pic of the truck:

My opinion, I like the white and tan like. But the white and charcoal grey would look good too but you will have to paint the fender flares. Sweet looking truck.

If I were you, I would go all white, but I'm partial.
Just make sure you get the Line-X Xtra and you shouldn't have a problem with yellowing, plus it will clean up a whole lot easier.

Yea, if you look in my gallery with the new Toyos, they stick out a little bit. Not enough where I would get bushwackers...but enough to throw crap all over the sides. The line-x would def help add a layer of protection, and I could just scrub the crap out of it when it gets dirty.

Its the Line-X Xtra....and even if it does yellow after 5+ years....thats a long time. I have only had the truck for about 3.5 years.

I'd keep the tan. I personally love that look.

Off-topic but I saw a DSG with black lower accent yesterday. That was beautiful.

I say white but I'm partial to single colored trucks.

I would say white, but I dunno how that would look with the texture of Line X.

I'd say either white or charcoal. Either one would look fantastic.

I would personally go with black, but white or charcoal would look great as well.

My only concern with going black would be that it might make my truck look more like a work truck.

I am really leaning toward the white...I think it would be unique.

If I went charcoal, then it would look like an FX4....nothing wrong with that at all, but I figure if I am spending the money I want it to be unique. And I dont see very many all white F150s.

Does that $600 include the bumpers and the Xtra?? If that's the case I'll drive to NOVA tomorrow! The local Line-X place around here wanted $1560.00 out the door for the bumpers, rockers and wheel wells and they don't even carry the Xtra!

I agree with black. I don't think it will look like a work truck. Your truck is too nice looking for that.

I am thinking about doing the line-x on the bumpers and rocker panels too. I was hoping to see some pics if anybody has done it. Ill probably black it out instead of going with the color match
