Wow, I didn't expect it to be that bad. I had three specs of dirt in my paint on my 2006 F150. But I would never expect that. I'm super **** about my trucks so had I missed it on my inspection for delivery I'd be taking it to my own body shop. It's very rare that dealer body shops do decent work. Try to get the dealer to reimburse you for the cost. If not see if they'll pay half. It's worth it IMO to have it done right because it'll be even worse if they do it half ***.

Thanks Thumper!!!! You really know how to make a guy feel better!!! Lol.....

Just kiddin, I know it looks bad.....I wish I had seen it before I drove off the lot! When I did the deal, it was late and I thought I went over everything good enough. I looked the inside and outside really good (or so I thought). I found a seam on the leather seat that had come un-done, I got them to fix that before I finalized the deal......

I always find a few little things wrong with the vehicle and end up getting something in return. I didn't mean to make you feel bad.

I just noticed you have VMP tunes. How do you like them?

I was just kidding, you didn't make me feel bad....... Whoever painted my truck at the factory made me feel bad!!! lol

The tunes, I love them........got them about a week ago. Only took Justin 4 days and I had them, probably took him less than that, but I mailed my payment in so that delayed them some..........night and day difference, really impressed with his work. I got him to tune for the AF1 intake, that really helped too....so far noticed about 1.5 MPG more and still getting better.

By far best money I spent on my truck!!!

Sounds good to me, I love my VMP tunes. I had them on my 2006 F150 and now my Mustang. Let us know what happens with the paint. I'd call your dealer tomorrow and see what they have to say. If they insist on them doing the body work which they probably will, ask them to see their work and see their shop etc. They'll realize you might be more of a headache than it's worth.
