regarding built short block

Well I finally got my supercharger installed. Still waiting on M. Troyer for my custom tunes to arrive. I already had the charger ported and installed the +2# pulley. So far Im happy with the performance but just planning on future enhancements.
What I want to do is remove the +2# pulley and install the +8# pulley that they offer along with their overdrive UPPER 2.8" pulley. Im planing on on running this setup with meth and dyno tune. My main question is this... has anyone bought the Team JDM Engine Rebuild Kit modified for the 3v? Do I just purchase this and install it? What else is needed like boring out current cylinder walls, etc...? I got the fuel pump and stuff in check already just wanting to know more about their kit. And before someone tells me to just call them, I already did. Just wanted forums' opinions and help. Current mods listed below:

Ported Roush Charger
+2# pulley
GMS coil packs
Dynatech Longtubes and HF cats
Banks single out Monster Exhaust
gauges: boost, afr, tran temp

4.56 motive gears
37x12.5x20 tires
3" PA body lift
6" superlift

*edit* forgot to mention truck has 48K miles on it

numbers of before and after from troyer will be posted once tuner is returned (eta 10 days). Thanx in advance for the help guys. Pics will be post after truck comes out of body shop from vandalism of stereo.

I got my short block from Pro Modular Performance out of Austin and it was around $3500.00 for the short block not installed. Troyers tunes will work well for the +2lb pulley but once you build a short block and want to run a +8lb pulley you will need to either drive to VA or get some one local to do the tuning on a load bearing dyno. Also once you step up to +8lbs you will need to swap the injectors out to at least 60lb and change the fuel pump to the 310lph GT pump and either mod your fuel pump driver from Zone 5 performance or get a BAP from Kennybelle. Then you will need to get a built tranny to handle the torque.

I plan on upgrading the fuel system and run either a +6lb or 8lb lower. My limiting factor are the 39lb Roush injectors as they will only safely produce 500FWHP. Fatherford as hit 500RWHP with his 39lbs but backed his tune down to 450RWHP for daily driving but he also has the 310lph fuel pump in his truck.

Good luck and happy modding!

I hope you arent talking about me????? I do all my own work on my truck with the exception of the engine build and install due to time and place constraints.

thanx Huitt24. I got the fuel side of it taken care of by contacting jdm regarding their duel fuel pump fuel system and 60# injectors. FastLane Inc. in Houston, TX is doing the tuning once I get the shortblock built. I dont have to worry about installation/labor becuase I will be doing with my friend who is also a certified ford mechanic. Has anyone changed the UPPER not the lower pulley to a 2.8" or 2.6" pulley? Troyer says the charger is good up to 750rwhp with appropriate mods. Anyone used meth in these motors yet to help prevent detonation and if so what kind of injectors did you use to squirt the meth in?
