Wanted to know if anyone else had paint peeling on front bumper. When to car wash and noticed that I had a spot of paint that had started to come off front bumper. Took it to dealership and they told me a rock hit it and started it to peel so they couldn't help me out. Looked at bumper real close and i couldn't see where a rock could have hit it. 2nd time in as many months I have left the dealership disgusted.

 

Nope, but then my bumpers are chrome.

Last I knew, a rock would chip the paint and poor prep work caused peeling....

 

my clear coat is slowly peeling off in certain places on my front bumper. im probebly going to get it clear coated again later, nothing i can really do for it now.

 

I blew some paint off of my bumper at the carwash. I took it in to the dealership and told them what happened and they did it as a warranty work...I would say if you raise enough chaos they will fix it. All stealerships try to do is bluff you around. Try again..and again ..and again.and.........
