I'm torn
 

Ok so I got the one left FX2 headlight and it looked great to me on there. The problem is the right side one I found the cheapest was at Tasca for about $200 shipped. On the other hand I found the hella's for shipped for just aobut the same price. I could get one new head light, or I can get two brand new one's which are a bit darker I think.

:confused: I can't decide.

For those that have the hella's are they a shiny black or a flatter black?

Just rock out the mix match look!! LOL I would get the OE ones, maybe keep searching for a cheaper price. I have heard that the hellas are not sealed very well making them condensate.

hell yea, looks like your truck has a black eye or something. that would be one hell of a conversation piece to say the least! :thumbsup:

fx2. The stockers are awful with all that chrome on a dark truck.

Ftruck05, do you have a write up on painting them? Seems like unless you sealed them again, you'd have condensation problems..

What the hell is the difference between the Hella's and the stock FX2's?

Just keep the FX2 headlight, and I would keep checking the junkyards around your area. Sooner or later someone is going to total an FX2. God Bless His Soul.

Thank's everyone. I'm searching everyday for the right side one before I bite the bullet. With my luck I'd find it a day after ordering it.

The FX2's are the dark shadow gray, and the hella's are flat black. Also it seems the FX2's aren't prone to leaking as the Hella's.
