Bronco Blitz Build
[B]
Doesn't feel as powerful as I expected, but not bad. Tranny seems like it can't make up its mind some times when it's on the verge of shifting, but my 2000 Ranger was similar when I first bought it new. The Ranger PCM learned over time and worked itself out and I'm hoping the F150 will do the same.

I cannot wait to see this fully done. You ROCK. You've combined 2 of my favorite vehicles and Ford should take notice. I would buy a 2010 Bronco in a heartbeat...especially with a 5.4 or 6.2
Still a ton of work to do to finish the project 100%, but it's on the road and drivable now. Put on a total of about 300 miles so far with 0 issues. I'd never actually driven or even ridden in a 2004+ F150 before this. Plenty of power and ride is smooth as buttah (for a 1/2-ton truck). Steering is a little sensitive, probably due to it being 40" shorter than originally intended (anyone want to trade 17:1 rack for 20:1 rack?). But, never feels unstable in any way. Extremely confident over bumps at speed, no twitching/pulling/darting whatsoever.
Still have a few trim pieces to attach. Need to get some paint on the frame rails and I want to put on some nerf bars. Still needs rear hitch and bumper. Eventually I'll get the equivalent of some 33" or 35" tires on there. Not sure about wheels. I actually don't mind the stock steel wheels, I think they fit the style of the vehicle better than any of the newer OEM aluminum ones would (photochop anyone?) Probably keep it simple and leave the wheels alone.
