Comparisons on Gas milage???

Seeing what other people with a similar setup get on gas. I have consistently kept track of my mpg for the past 2 months. I am getting 11.62mpg on average but I do 90% city driving. I have 35x12.5 18 Toyo Mts on a 2.5in leveling kit. I recently ran my tank to the E (something I hardly ever do) and to my surprise I cleared the 300 mile mark on one tank. Does anyone have any accurate comaprisons to this with a similar setup?

I'm running 33's with 2.5" level. I consistantly get 14.65-14.85 mpg EVERY single tank. It's sickening how exact it is every time. I drive probably 80% Highway and have a V6. It's absolutely horrible and nothing I do to correct it makes a difference.

I do not have a heavy foot, actually quite the opposite, and I go 59-62 at all times. Oh well.

Note: I got around 17.00 with the stock tires/wheels.

Miles driven divided by gallons used. (tank must be full each time you fill up.)

Miles per gallon ^^

when you fill up your tank to full reset the trip-o-meter and run the tank to empty. then when you fill up take the total number of gallons you put in and divide the number on your trip-o-meter by the number of gallons

im getting about 340-365 a tank

I havent re calibrated my speedo since the 35's but i show around 12mpg where as i use to get 15-16 w/ stock tires. I had to take my 35's off b/c my truck is my only vehicle. i love the way they look but I highly regret the 35's

Forgot to add. I do have the 5.4 v8 and a supercrew. I'm light footed as well due to the gas; but I do NOT regret my 35's. I love them and am willing to pay for it. I do have a K&N air filter which I thought would help, but doesn't seem like it really is. I use 87 octane....do you guys think it will be that much more beneficial to use the 89 or 93?

A higher octane will not benefit you unless you have a tune for it. It will just be a waste of money.

I run 93 Octane every tank I get and also have an Edge tune for the 93 octane. I constantly get about 10.8-11.2 MPG every time. I have 33's. I once got 15mpg and they were 100% highway miles w/ a light foot, most boring ride ever
