Thumbs up d-plan

does any body know how many numbers is a d-plan pin number? I think I have d-plan code to generate a pin number. Does any body know if there is a website were I can generate a pin number just like fordpartner.com for the x-plan pin number.

So are you looking for a D-plan or X-plan PIN? The D-plan PIN is generated either by your dealership's X/Z/D-plan coordinator (usually a sales manager) or through Ford's dealer website. They're typically 7-9 characters long.

I need help with a d-plan pin#. The one I have had 8 digits including the D. Are you supposed to use the D? It's in the begining.

Do you work for a dealer, or are you related to someone who does?

The last D-plan PIN I used didn't have a D in it anywhere.

I am related to someone that works at a ford dealer. My brother is trying to buy a Lincoln Mark LT, and my uncle gave me a pin number from he's dealer. But the lincoln dealers is calling me back stating that it did not work.

I don't believe nephews/nieces are eligible for D-plan.

From the dealer website:

Who's Eligible

Blue Oval Certified dealership employees and certain family members.
Dealership employees must be listed in STARS.
Two new products per calendar year may be purchased/leased.
Family members eligible to participate are the same as A/Z-Plan (previously defined). The following family members are eligible to participate:
spouse
parents
spouse's parents
sons and daughters (including in-laws and step-children)
grandchildren
brothers and sisters (including in-laws, half and step)
same-sex domestic partners covered under the health care plan (same as it is defined for
health care coverage in the "Salaried Employee Benefit Bulletin #152", dated June 8, 2000.)
immediate family members of eligible same-sex domestic partners (same as it is defined above).
Also, if nephews/nieces are eligible, the purchaser's information must be entered to generate the PIN. If your uncle used your info, but your brother is the one actually using the PIN, it won't work.

I told the lincoln dealer the my uncle works for a ford dealer and they said that's ok. But I never gave my uncle my brother info, so I guess that's the problem.
