swapping to newer style bumper w/round fogs

i have a 04 xlt w/ sqaure fog lights ,will everything just swap over ? including fog light harness? so all i would need is the 06+ bumper and the fog lights themselves?,any help of links to threads would be great ,thanks

I havent done it yet but the brackets are different.

FX4&EXCURSION did the same swap, he even did a write up with part #'s. Search and ye shall find.

dont think its worth the extra time and $ ,i think iwill just get my stock chrome bumpers painted ,thanks for the replies kinda lol
