Help with tail lights...

I may sound like a complete a@@ for asking this but what is required for the removal of the stock tail lights? I got euro lights for Xmas and I am going to install them on Sat. Can anyone advise? I haven't looked at the back of the truck to try and figure it out.

They're held in by 2 bolts each that you access by dropping the tailgate. I think the heads are 10mm. Pop those out and pull the assemblies straight back. Might need a wiggle or two, but they come right out.

I had to use a flathead screw driver to pry them back and get them out.
