Mine was built in K.C. 01-19-07 I've had 1 year this month 29,400 miles zero problems.

Kansas City Plant - 6/2006. Damn! She sat on the lot for over a year, before I found her. (I guess no one around here wants an FX4 with the Luxury package on it, except me ) I drove off the lot with 100 miles on it. I just did the first oil change and having no issues at 3000 miles.

Sorry to hear about your "adventure", but you have a new motor and are good to go!
