What would you do? Pic.

As im sure you know i bought the factory 20's for my truck and i am in need of some better tires(m/t). Im looking for a tire that i can get great mileage out of being a mud terrain tire. Don't know if i want to go with 33-12.5-20 or 35-12.5-20. I have a 2" AS so i know there would probably be some rubbing with the 35's, but how bad? Last question...if i did go with 35's would i need to regear? Thanks alot.

I would go with 33's, I personally think that 35's look a bit too big for trucks with just leveling kits. With the 33's you have more clearance inside the wheel wells so it kinda makes the truck look bigger IMO.

i have the same color truck and same rims sitting in the gargage. i was gonna run the 275/65/20's goodyear wrangler ats off the new super dutys, but they look kinda weak. so then i was gonna roll on some bfg at's 285/65/20's . word on the street is the toyo muds will yield good mileage, but its a hard tire (not so good for snow) i cant see spending 1275 on tires, but i may end up going that route, they do look pretty bad *** on the oem 20's. look in PimpRohr's gallery he had the 33 toyo muds. as for gearing it depends, 5.4 and 3.73's livable with 35's, anything else i'd say its marginal. a tuner can help though. i'm up in the air about the whole thing now, not sure if im keeping the screw or not. King1Ranch (something like that) has 35's and he has a bunch of pics in his gallery. your gonna rub your upper control arm slightly though.

33"

Stick with 33's...don't worry about re-gearing...and put an Edge Evolution on that sucker.

Cooper Discoverer STT, you know the ones. I love my Nitto, but that STT is a bad cat daddy...it'll be what replaces my Nitto when it's time. Cooper has a winner there.

Rumor has it that one of the guys here works for a tire joint in Lex-town and could probably get you a brother-in-law deal on a set...

PM me.
