just be happy your 16 with that truck. when i was 16 i shared a mini van with my mom. wasnt exactly the coolest ride but it got me places.

and as far as lifting it goes...your in cali with a 2wd pickup

i understand its for looks and all but if your gunna put that much money into a truck make it ****ional. even after all the tires and lift and such...its still 2wd. drop it, do some PTM stuff and call it a day.

and like msall150 said... slow the **** down no one thinks its cool. i pull people off of sidewalks and engine compartments becuase they think they are inpressing someone

Damn, doesn't that make you feel bad? Your parents are probably spending an ungodly amount of money on insurance just to keep your *** in the drivers seat, Grow up man.

Wow why are you still driving??? In IL they suspend your license for getting 3 in a year. The worst part about it is it sounds as if you were bragging about being a dumass.

You can have fun, without getting a ticket, by taking your truck to the track if you want to race.... but putting people in danger cause you want to have "fun" is just plain stupid. Grow up and stop being so immature.

Hate to see if you get in an accident or there is a fatality... your **** is toast

The only thing is that if I do this I wont have much money to have fun and do things I like like driving around wasting gas and such. I have been asking people about lifting it and everyone says they like my truck the way it is. Do you guys think I should leave it the way it is or bite the bullet and save up for a lift and new tires? If I keep it the way it is, what appearence stuff should I do to it??? Pics are of it before I had rainguards and pinstriping removed and I took off the bed cover.

You have a great looking truck the way it is. I would take any money you would have spent and invest it. At your young age the time to start is now. When I was 16 , back in 1986, I know I just dated myself, I had a baby crap brown 4cyl 79 mustang with kmart tires. Now thats a ride for ya!
