2. does it re-use the stock throttle body?

3. what size fuel injectors are yall using?

4. would you recommend running a cam?

I wouldn't, the kit comes with another one anyway

2. does it re-use the stock throttle body?

Yes

3. what size fuel injectors are yall using?

They give you new high flow injectors

4. would you recommend running a cam?

Possible, but the stock setup works pretty well

so i could use the BBK 80mm throttle body? also do you know if the Granatelli Mass air flow sensor would work?

i was considering the S&B CAI but if it comes with an intake then nevermind.

You could use that TB, but I think it would be useless due to the little adapter piece that the TB attatches to the S/C with. It is like a 90 degree elbow and unless you bore out that whole pipe and the S/C inlet then you aren't going to gain anything. It comes with its own intake and the MAF is built into the HUGE pipe right at the air filter and the tune is calibrated to work with that pipe and airflow readings so I wouldn't want to change that either.
