Flow Through Console HELP!

I'm in the garage working right now, and spent most of the day yesterday out here.. I've got my console installed and tranny cable installed. I'm missing by a gear when i shift, So when i go down to R, it doesn't do anything until i hit N, then it kicks into R. Same pattern all the way down.

Also, i did not have the gray wiring harness behind my radio as others have had. So i made a 6 wire harness and used tap slices so i did not cut my factory harness/wires. I wired them all to where i think there suppose to be. I hit my brake pedal to test it out and it's not allowing me to shift, i have to manually depress the white button next to the shifter to test out the tranny. The overdrive button works, or at least functions the light on the cluster. How to test any of the other wires/functions.. IDK??

Anyone with experience doing a flow through console conversion... Please offer some advice...

I'll be checking back often.. Thanks

Anyone else who has done this mod...

Do you have any problems with the Brake Position sensor unlocking the shifter to allow you to shift once the brake pedal has been depressed??

I did this mod on my last truck a couple years ago. If you have the top of the console off when you press the brake pedal...you should be able to hear a little click, which is the "actuator" (not sure if that's the technical name for it lol) releasing which in turn allows you to move the shifter. With the top of the console on I've never been able to hear it. I also used the same picture gallery to do all of my wiring, but I tapped into everying under the dash beneath the steering column except for the power to the shifter light. I tied that into a spare wire on the panel that the cigarette lighter is on.

Yeah i got it finished up yesterday...

I back tracked and double checked everything... The one wire for the brake pedal position was loose... I re wired and re checked.. 100%

Only question is... Has anyone else had a problem with there autolock feature not working and if so, have you figured out how to make it autolock once you start driving??

Is there anyway I could do this with my shift on the floor 4x4? I'm guessing no, but man I love the flow through console , but I also like the shift on the floor
