HIDs and if they are the right ones
HIDs and if they are the right ones
I found this kit on ebay and was wondering if it was the right kit. I dont know nothing about the HIDs but really want them. These seem a little cheap to me please let me know thanks.http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/HID-X...spagenameZWDVW
Those will work, but you wont have high beams if you get the headlight kit. 9005's for foglights and H13's for headlights. If I were you I'd get a set of foglight HID's and be done with it, that way you still have your properly functioning headlights with high and low beam and no problems, and the square fogs provide a TON of extra light with HID's. I have had this setup with silverstar headlight bulbs and 4300K fogs and I love it. These kits are all cheap and tend to have a high failure rate from my experience so its not such a big deal if you loose a fog. All I had to do was put a "cap" on the end of the bulb to prevent the glare that comes with puttin them in the fogs due to the bulb being directly exposed. I did this with a piece of aluminum foil wrapped around the tip and about half way back covering the capsule (the little round thing in the bulb that makes the light) Pic of this in my gallery. Good luck!
This is what you want if your going to keep you're high beams.
