Which tuner?

Well guys, i have chosen which tires im gonna go with. And its gonna be bfg at's in 305/65/18. So i know its gonna throw off my speedometer and i want everything corrected. I may add a cold air kit and maybe a muffler in a couple months but thatll be about it. Oh and its for an 07 FX4 scab.

-So which handheld tuner would u guys suggest?

I have an Edge. It's good. I'd like custom tuning though. Hear lots of good things.

Custom tune or canned tune, you can put your truck back to stock. No worries.

I have had both, canned Edge tune and custom tune, on the 05 and 06, and I would go with a custom tune again. I'll throw a plug for Troyer Performance since no one mentioned him yet, been there about 1/2 dozen times and met his crew. First class operation and his latest tunes and throttle response are top notch. Whatever route you choose, think about the custom tune and intake combo. You'll get a MAF transfer function written for that intake. Every bit of power helps and it will cost you the same as buying them separately. Plus, you'll need every bit with those tires, I noticed a performance hit when I went from stock to the 305's.

i have also had both the edge evolution and custom tuning from troyer performance, and i will never used a canned tune ever again. custom tuning is the way to go.
