is there a difference between brand names other than price? realistically they all do the same thing right?

Id have to say there is a HUGE difference in kits, what im saying is quality wise, components, and customer satisfaction. like me, if i went 4" it would be rancho, if I went 6" it would be fabtech, anything 8" and up would be rize. this is just my opinion though....and yes they all do the same thing! I just think of it like this, you get what you pay for, i wanted it all so i chose to pay for a rize kit...

Well, it was Rancho on my 2004 and than the Rize on my 2006.

Thanks for the advice. I've heard of ProComp and Fabtech alot, even before i bought my truck. But I wouldnt know which way to turn first. Guess im just trying learn as much as i can. I just registered as a member today after about a month of reading threads. This place is addicting and full of knowledge.

Definately TONS of info on all brands of lifts around here when the time comes, I know it really helped me out!

i have a feeling procomp is going to win this cause its the most affordable and then fabtech followed by Rize.

i have a CST 8"

^^ Bud's right. If money wasn't a big issue I'm sure we'd all have a rize cause of looks. After researching I'd get a CST.
