hey guys its been a while. well i just got my fx2 grill and its at paint as we speak. i just need the emblem for it. i went to the parts guy at ford and he says its F81Z-8213-AB but it doesnt look right. any help would be appreciated

Sorry, I don't have a part number, but I know you need a 7" emblem. I searched the net and found one. I've seen 7" emblems on ebay quite often.

 

It should be:

5F9Z8213AA

its the same emblem as the older model F150's. '97-'03

 

Your parts guy is correct, the part number off of the Ford bag that mine came in reads F81Z-8213-AB. I think I paid about $23 at the dealership for it.

 

Well I hope that 5F9Z8213AA also works because I ordered it last night after it was posted.

 

They both work. the 5F9Z is just a couple of dollars cheaper.

 

Its all good, I got the grille and that part worked perfectly

 

yea sorry guys i havent been on in a while but yea thats the part number i got mine installed

 

subscribing. So are these smaller than the other Lariat and non fx2 emblems?
