AVS inchannel window vent ?

i got a set of these for my scab today. the install was pretty straight forward once i figured out how to get the retaining clip in. my question is does the window channel loosen up over time so the window goes up and down smoother? the rear windows took a little coaxing by hand to go all the way up, and the driver and pass window barely want to go up at all. i got the pass side all the way up, but the drivers side stops just before the weather stripping so the double sided tape doesn't make contact and the vent is a little loose. any thoughts?

Mine loosened up after a while. But I was looking at them today and they are cracking in the channel where you put the little clip.

I have the weather techs but they should be similar-if you leave the windows up for at least 24hrs after install per instructions that should allow the vents to push in the weather stripping enough to form to shape so the windows wont hit- i have no problems with mine, but yes you will notice the windows do slow down a bit once they hit the vents-but they should not stop or stutter if the vents are seated correctly

thanks guys. i had to adjust a clip on the drivers side for it to even go all the way up. i'm using the AVS inchannels, btw. i did a search and some said they took the clips out. i'll do it if i have to. hopefully they loosen up.
