What type of SMT LED's in window switch?

Does anyone know what type of SMT's are in the window switches on an 05 Supercab?

My switch blow out all on the driver side and I figure while replacing it I will go ahead and change it to blue. I know it isn't a plcc-2 these look smaller then any plcc-2's I'm finding on ebay.

I looked at the other threads on leds but everyong is replacing them with 3mm led's I just want to replace the actuall smt

Thanks
Chris

anyone with some electrical background know how to send me in the right track of figuring out what i need to buy?

I know they are 3 x 2 mm. I can't find my voltmeter to see if I can measure what voltage they are. But I'm thinking that's all I really need. I can find some that are 100mcd all the way up to 650 mcd. I'm thinking I go with 250 mcd, don't need to go blind.

Well someone has already done this mod, damned if I remember who it was  Someone will chime in soon, it shouldn't be that complicated.

that sounds close to a 1208. You might find those at digikey, although 1208 packages are pretty old. 0603 are used mostly or 0805. Those are likely 12V since it's cheaper than running a resistor in series.

edit: I just checked. They have 1206/1208 packages in a 3.2V 20mA config. So you have to calculate your series resistor (12-3.2/.020)= about 440 ohms
